How long does it take to have my website up and running?
Generally it takes two to three weeks to setup, configure and upload a website. Once the material and consultation is approved we usually have your website up and running within two weeks or less. Websites with many pages would take longer.

Is there a contract for service?

Yes, there are one, two, three and four year agreements for customers who want to make monthly payments for the service.

  • The one year agreement is for the Beginner Package.
  • The two, three and four year agreements are for the Starter to Elite Packages
Can I sign up for service without a contract?

Yes, a customer may pay the complete amount for the service

  • There are Special Offers on our website services that allow an exemption of the website agreement..
  • If a package is paid all-at-once it will be stated in the service agreement.
How will customers find my website?

What is the cancellation process if I no long need a website?
A written letter requesting to cancel the service.
How do I create electronic documents for my website or business ?

Upload the documents to the link below. It usually takes 24 to 72 hours to process the documents, depending of the documents.

What is the signup process?

Just simply choose from a package and click on "Buy Now" and process to checkout. If you choose to pay monthly, an agreement form will be sent via email and after viewing and signing we process your website for publish. A card authorization form is required for automatic payments to be processed monthly.

When is payment due?
Payments are due by the 25th of each month. (If there is a website agreement)
What, if any, are your incentives?
When you sign up for "Automatic payments" seven dollars ($7) will be deducted monthly.
How long does it take to update content?
It usually takes between 30-40 minutes to make updates depending on the data to be updated.
How do I setup automatic payments?

How do I sent my data, images, audio and documents for uploading to website?

You can upload data from the link below. It usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process the data.
